What you receive

What the £3,950 build delivers.

The fixed price applies to one suitable task with a clear written plan. The £950 Workflow Decision can create that plan. We may accept another plan if it covers the task, software, missing information, checks and access.

01

We build one clear change

It improves one clearly defined job or process. It can use up to two named systems or accounts that your business controls, if those systems support the connection.

02

Everyone knows who does what

We name the delivery lead and record who can access each system. Your team keeps control of important business decisions.

03

Your team tests it

We agree simple pass-or-fail checks and complete one test round with your team. Nothing goes live until your team approves it in writing.

04

You receive a proper handover

You get a written guide, known limits and a record of removed access. Your agreement states how long we will correct a repeatable fault against an agreed test.

Included and separate work

Know what is included—and what needs another quote.

£3,950 is fixed for suitable work within the limits below. The £950 Workflow Decision is a separate service. Its fee is not deducted from later work.

Included in the agreed build

  • One clearly defined job or process, including what happens when information is missing.
  • Up to two named software systems or accounts your business controls, provided the supplier supports the required connection.
  • One round of testing with your team, using written pass-or-fail checks.
  • A written guide and handover. For a repeatable fault against an agreed test, your agreement states the correction period, including its length and start.

Quoted separately or not accepted

  • A custom portal, app or other user-facing screen.
  • Moving significant amounts of data, major data cleaning or a custom connection.
  • Extra tasks, systems, data types, unusual cases, test rounds or training.
  • Security reviews, procurement work, hosting, phone services, licences, supplier charges, travel or other third-party costs, unless your signed proposal includes them.
  • Important decisions made entirely by software, or work that is not a suitable fit.

Price and timing

Pay in two clearly defined stages.

Your written proposal and agreement are the final record of the work. We start only after you have accepted them.

01 · Start payment

£1,975

Due after you accept the written plan and before work begins. System access still needs separate approval.

02 · Ready for your team to test

10 working days

The clock starts when we have the first payment, agreed work plan, complete information and approved access.

03 · Final payment

£1,975

Due after your team approves the work in writing and before the live handover.

04 · Close-out

Written handover

We record the guide, known limits, responsibilities, removed access and fault-reporting period.

Payment rule

£1,975 after the written work plan is agreed and before reserved work begins; a final £1,975 after the client team approves the work in writing and before production handover.

Delivery clock

For an eligible standard project, the target is a version ready for the client team to test within 10 working days after the first payment, agreed work plan, complete information and authorised access are all in place. A missing client decision, approved change or supplier outage pauses the clock and is recorded in writing.

If something delays or changes the work

A missing decision or access, an approved change or a supplier outage pauses the clock. We record the reason. Extra work starts only after written approval. Your signed contract covers cancellation, ownership, licences, liability and refunds.

If an agreed test fails

Report a repeatable fault to the named project contact during the correction period in your agreement. We will record the next step: fix it, offer a temporary way to continue, or explain if a supplier caused it. Your agreement states any response times.

Will it work with your software?

We check your exact software before promising a connection.

We do not assume that every product, version, licence or account can support the change. We check before we promise.

01

Can your current software already do it?

We check the software you already use before accepting a separate build.

A feature or settings change may be all you need.
02

Can the systems connect?

We check whether your software supports the connection needed for this task.

We approve only the exact connection we checked.
03

Does your setup allow it?

We confirm the product, version, licence, sign-in method, permissions, limits and test access in writing.

The decision applies only to the setup we checked.
04

Is the connection more complex?

We identify older systems, custom connections and large data moves before accepting the fixed-price work.

We quote them separately or decline them. We never hide them in the fixed fee.
